Betting played out. Whitewill's report on Whitewill deals in January.
The first month of the year was never characterized by explosive results. The reason for this was the long New Year's holidays, during which many of our clients flew away to warm destinations. But this year turned out to be exceptional, because Whitewill got an office in the very warm lands where the main trade came from.
And, oh wonder: in January, our Dubai and London deals accounted for 52% of the company's total sales. This is the first time we have caught such a balance.
Let's start traditionally with small deals in Moscow: "Myata", "Freedom", "Novodanilovskaya, 8", "Forst", "Shagal", "D1", "Afi Park" - in total these sales pulled in 202,000,000₽.
Two lots each were sold in Symphony34, MOD, Now and Aura projects, where the most affordable apartment in Symphony cost ₽23m and the most expensive in Aura cost ₽37m. Three apartments were sold in the KutuzovGrad project. In total, these deals added another 316,000,000₽.
Further bigger deals are Chkalov - ₽40m, High Life - ₽46m, Maroseika,11 - ₽50m, OKO - ₽52m, Prime Park - ₽57m and Victory Park - ₽64m. Two apartments for ₽53m and ₽56m sold in Lucky and one in Camelot House - ₽128m.
The juicy cherry on the cake of Moscow deals was a penthouse in Vesper's Cloud Nine home - 607,000,000₽. The guys from Countryside sold a house in Barvikha Hills for 99,000,000₽. All of the above deals totaled 1,770,000,000₽. That's 2 times better than last year.
In Dubai, we sold one lot each in Prime Residency, The Crest, Imperial Avenue, Rose Water Tower and Address Opera projects. Transaction prices ranged from 19m to 67m rubles. Three lots each were sold in ZADA and Lagoons projects, a large apartment in Muraba on Palma for ₽150m, and 6 units for ₽206m in Peninsula project. Together, these deals totaled 729,000,000₽.
Well, the big hero of January in Dubai is Cavalli Tower. Here we sold three of the coolest apartments: ₽178m, ₽259m and ₽524m.
All the deals in Dubai add up to a total of 1,690,000,000₽. Add to this the two apartments sold by the London office in The Brick and Ridgeway Views, and that's another ₽200m plus, and we have more foreign sales than in Moscow.
Whitewill's total sales in January amounted to 3,660,000,000₽. That's 3.5 times more than in 2021. A good start to the year.
