Spires. Solemn home by the preserve.
So, meet Spires. The residential complex consists of three buildings from 13 to 26 floors high with a private landscaped courtyard and five urban villas.
When one looks at the facades, the eye is drawn to the rich array of elements characteristic of the Art Deco style - bas-reliefs, sculptures, ornaments, cornices, spires, and stained glass windows. The architects also used an arsenal of different geometric forms: arches, bay windows, semi-erectors, French balconies, terrace steps. The roofs of the houses are crowned with arrows solemnly looking into the sky.
The design of the landscaped courtyard was created by a team of architects from Gafa. The yard turned out to be cozy and extremely green. We will not describe the details, just look at the photos.
One of the features of the project was the appearance of urban-villas - five three-story mansions with separate entrances, terraces, patios and wood-burning fireplaces with underground parking. The last villa of 363 meters for ₽185m remains for sale. The documents are not aparthas but dwellings.
Spires had 548 apartments and all of them were sold by the developer before the building was handed over. The layouts were awesome, with windows in the bathrooms and walk-in closets, second lights and wood-burning fireplaces on the upper floors, and lots of terraces. The Whitewill team now has 10 owner-occupied apartments for sale in this project, including a lot with the largest 150-meter terrace in the project. Prices start from ₽510k per meter.
Views of the green carpet of the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve require no commentary - just check out the drone shots. Well, you already know that last year the Whitewill team took first place in sales from the developer of this project, Tekta Group. And a significant contributor to that win were the trades at Spires.
