Show must go on. Whitewill's June Deal Report

Let's start as usual with small deals. We sold one lot each in "Zilart", "Metropolia", "Real" and "Novodanilovskaya, 8", "Match Point" and Life-Kutuzovsky and two apartments each in "Krylia", "Silver Fountain" and "Headliner". The sum totaled 339,000,000₽. Among these lots, the smallest was at Metropolia for 14,000,000₽, the largest Life-Kutuzovsky for 35,000,000₽.
One apartment each was sold in the houses: Vrubelya, 4 - 35 000 000₽, Neva Towers - 36 000 000₽, Poklonnaya, 9 - 39 000 000₽, Titul on Serebryanichnaya - 51 000 000₽, "Fili City" - 54 000 000₽ and in the new project Lunar - 54 000 000₽.
Two lots sold in Stone by Stone Hedge - 100,000,000₽. Two deals were signed each in Chkalov - ₽20m and ₽52m, Shabolovsky - ₽33m and ₽49m and three apartments went to Prime Park - ₽24m, ₽51m, ₽61m. Four lots were sold in the project "Spiers" on Nezhinskaya: 21, 23, 56 and 106 million rubles worth apartments chosen by our clients. Next comes a collection of deals in particularly aesthetic houses: Eleven - 134,000,000₽, Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 9 - 140,000,000₽, Savvin Residence - 146,000,000₽, Kuznetsky Most, 12 - 196,000,000₽.
Two apartments sold in Lucky - for 170,000,000₽. We have been told here that in the first half of the year, we again ranked Vesper as the top selling agency by a wide margin.
Two deals signed at Badaevsky - an incredibly bold project from Capital Group - totaling another 243,000,000₽. Three apartments were sold in Victory Residence Park - 50, 124 and 153 million. And the last three lots were sold in Ordynka project by Insigma developer, thus selling out the last apartments in this project - 293 000 000₽ and also the first place in the half-year.
The London office closed three deals - Embassy Garden, Fitzroy Street and Hayes Village - for 268,000,000₽. The Dubai office signed 4 deals at Beachfront, 15 Northside, Regalla and Royal Atlantis. Dubai sales gave us another 425,000,000₽ to our June piggy bank.
In total, Moscow deals on new buildings for this month came to 2,854,000,000₽. Foreign ones by 693,000,000₽ (25%). We sold a total of 3,547,000,000₽ worth of apartments.
On the rental side, we closed 8 deals for 11,000,000₽, including Garden Quarters, Federation, Empire, Neva, Romanov Lane, Stanislavsky 11 and even one mansion on Tatarskaya. We do not add rent to the sales volume. In general, June would have turned out to be an average month for us, if not for one super news. The mansion department closed a record-breaking deal worth 4 billion roubles for our company.
Interestingly, the buyer was originally subscribed in social networks to Oleg, and before the acquisition of this asset had already bought real estate with us in new buildings.
June results. We sold a total of 7,547,000,000₽, of which 3,547,000,000₽ in new buildings. How about that?
