Family clan
Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, tells us.
On the first of April, the Federation Tower team invited me and several other participants of the elite real estate market in Moscow to lunch in the highest penthouse in Europe. In the photo we are sitting in the living room with a 15-meter high ceiling. The pent itself is worth more than two billion rubles, and we breinstormed how to sell it properly.
"Today we have invited the best experts of the Moscow real estate market from Savills, Knight Frank, Colliers and Whitewill," said the top manager of Federation in her welcome speech. After this phrase of hers, I took a big sip of tea from my cup to hide a satisfied smile.
For those who are not heavily immersed in the world of luxury real estate, I'll clarify a bit who is behind these foreign names. Knight Frank is a British company, on the market for 125 years. Savills is also from Britain, 166 years old. Colliers is a Canadian company, it is almost fifty years old. Well, and Whitewill you already know well - we will be five this year.
If we were to fantasize and imagine a family gathered around the table, a family that has been in the real estate business for many years, Grandpa Frank would be sitting next to Grandma Savills knitting a scarf, smoking a pipe, and their elderly granddaughter Colliers would be drinking tea with honey while flipping through a Burda Fashion magazine.
Well, and energetic great-grandson Wytheville, fluent in all gadgets and new technologies since childhood, would give the family hope that the general business is raising a great replacement - a new generation. Soon we can retire with a clear conscience.
By the way, in addition to the family clan of real estate salesmen, architect Philip Ball of the Dyer Agency was at the meeting. We met and I invited him to give a lecture to my brokers at the Whitewill Lecture Hall - we are discussing the date. In addition to the cool case with the apartments in Federation, Philippe has done the cool layouts of all the apartments in Prime Park and is now leading several other projects in Moscow.
Recently, architect Oleg Klodt shared his views on modern living space in our lecture hall. A team of architects from Woodstone, and Phillip from Dyer will be speaking soon. I want to invite more of the guys from CLP - love their aesthetic and style.
All lectures are professionally filmed, edited and posted in our internal training platform - they are available at any time to all brokers "Whiteville", even those who are now just planning to move to live in our cozy and modern skyscraper from the old house, where in the corner softly snoring on a rocking chair grandfather, and surrounded by white openwork napkins, ridiculously hanging over his nose glasses, knitting wool socks grandmother.
