Whitewill deals in September. New record
Before you is the traditional Whitewill monthly sales report. And yes, we have a new record for September, which we'll talk about at the end of this post, but for now let's get to the deals.
Let's start traditionally with the smaller ones: Level-Donskoy, KutuzovGrad, MainStreet, Now, Shagal, Headliner, Jazz, Aquatoria, MatchPoint, Shabolovsky - totaling 283,000,000₽.
Two lots each were sold in "Achievement", "Novodanilovskaya, 8", "Silver Fountain" and Noble. All together came to 251,000,000₽, where the smallest deal in "Achievement" was 16,700,000₽ and the largest in "Fountain" was 42,000,000₽.
Next come the middles. They sold an apartment in "Dialog" - 42,000,000₽, in Level on Amurskaya - 42,000,000₽, in "Skolkovo Park" - 48,000,000₽ and two lots from owners in the house on Mosfilmovskaya - 46,000,000₽ and in "Stars of Arbat" - 51,500,000₽. The retailer has still signed the premises in "Residence of Architects" for 70,200,000₽.
Three apartments for 70,000,000₽ sold at Chkalov and four apartments at Prime Park for a total of 263,000,000₽. In City skyscrapers: a small lot in Federation for 23,500,000₽, one apartment in OKO for 55,000,000₽ and three in Neva Towers for 53, 117 and 145 million rubles. The total for the City came to 393,000,000₽.
Whitewill's special projects and exclusives department, which is now selling MOD by MR Group and cozy clubhouse Little brought in 502,000,000₽ worth of deals. That's 13 sold apartments in MOD in the budget of 14 to 34 million rubles and nine deals in Little, where the cheapest lot cost 14 million and the largest 28 million.

Starting from scratch in mid-July, when the reporting quarter was already underway and our colleagues were sitting in meetings with clients and signing deals, in August we were already in second place in terms of sales volume, and in September we sold more than any other co-exclusive agency you know, with one company six times more than the other 2.5 times more than the other. Let's move on to Moscow deals in the premium and deluxe segment. Victory Park Residences - 72,500,000₽, "Poklonnaya, 9" - 126,000,000₽, an unexpected apartment from the owner in Romanoviy Pereulok for 127,000,000₽ and a cozy pent in Lumin House - 130,000,000₽. Two deals signed in Lucky - 117 million and 125 million rubles. A nice apartment for 267,000,000₽ was sold in Smolensky Deluxe and a deal already known to you for 355,000,000₽ was signed in Garden Quarters. The client went in for a rental after seeing Oleg's social media storizas.
Total in Moscow new buildings sold in September for 3,380,000,000₽. And then the most interesting thing.
In London, we closed two deals this month, one for 107,000,000₽ and the second one you already know for 1,100,000,000₽ at Park Modern. In Dubai, we sold twelve apartments at 15 Northside, Beachfront and Royal Atlantis. In total, it came to 1,085,000,000₽. It turns out that our overseas offices gave us another 2.3 billion rubles in September. Which is a nice 36% of the company's total sales.
Well and interesting results of the country department of Whitewill, where at the end of the summer came out a new high head - Yulia, and the deals spun with renewed vigor. In September we sold houses and plots in the projects Agalarov estate - ₽142m, Deauville - ₽280m, Emerald Century - ₽130m and Pokrovskoye-Rubtsovo - ₽58m. In total, the country department brought us sales of another 610,000,000₽, and we once again made sure that a strong team in conjunction with a strong manager is an important element of the formula for a good result.
The rental department rented out ten apartments for 5,250,000₽ in budgets ranging from 200,000₽ at Stanislavsky 11 to 1,500,000₽ in the Garden Quarters. But that amount doesn't count towards the total.
The Whitewill team closed a total of 6,280,000,000₽ worth of transactions in September - our new all-time record for residential real estate sales.
The team had a plan of 6 billion and we met it. That means the guys will soon start packing their bags again, and everyone who was involved in this record will go on vacation at the company's expense.

P.s. The attentive reader will note that in June we sold for 7+ billion, but at the time that result was at the expense of one major deal in the mansion division for 4 billion and we didn't consider it duly repeatable. Now the answer is that all the departments have contributed, except for the mansion department, where all the deals have moved to October.
