Whitewill deals in March. A poetic season

Even though yesterday was the first of April - the day of jokes and jokes, but we have had quite a serious March. By tradition, let's start with small mono-deals: "Jazz", "Yes-Technopark", "Shabolovsky", "Director", "Foriver", "Amaranth" - a total of 136,000,000₽.

Two lots each were sold at Silver Fountain, Cossacks Loft, Zorge 9, Yes, Soho Noho. It all adds up to 180,300,000₽.

Four apartments totaling 105,000,000₽ realized in "Sydney City" and another five apartments at "Novodanilovskaya, 8" - 72,000,000₽.

"Achievement" by Smynex sold ten apartments at once in budgets ranging from 11 million to 34 million. Together, it came to another 179,000,000₽.

Next are the bigger deals. We sold an apartment each in "Happiness on Lomonosovsky". [₽30m], "Life Kutuzovsky" [₽40m], Riverskai [₽46m] and Prime Park. [₽46m]. Also signed deals on apartments at Mason Rouge [₽34m], Sinatra [₽36m], Story [₽36m] and two at Neva Towers at [₽34m] and [₽37m]. Three more lots closed at Spiers at [₽30m], [₽45m] and [₽47m].

Sold an apartment in the Victoria Park complex with Ant Development [₽47m] and an apartment in their building at 9 Poklonnaya Street. [₽51m]. Another apartment for 58,000,000₽ went for 58,000,000₽ in the Eleven house on Presnya.

We closed two solid deals each at Chkalov - [₽69m] and [₽71m], at Lucky - [₽68m] and [₽97m] and at Tessinsky, 1 - [₽69m] and [₽75m].

Well, the main house this March is the Turgenev. Whiteville Brokers sold four apartments in this folding poetic house on Chistye Prudy, totaling 414,000,000 rubles.

In London, our first transaction was closed by Claire, our first dark-skinned and non-Russian speaking employee. She sold an apartment in the XY Apartments project for 61,000,000₽. Good for Claire, she's awesome.

Well, Dubai made a worthy contribution to the March piggy bank. Our clients bought four lots in Golf Views - [₽10m], [₽14m], [₽21m], [₽22m], two lots in District One - [₽28m], [₽54m] and one in SLS Dubai - [₽65m]. In total, the Dubai office sold 214,000,000₽ in its first month of operation.

The countryside department sold a plot of land in Rublyovka for 54,600,000₽ and a house in Pokrovskoye-Rubtsovo for 35,000,000₽. The rental department closed six transactions for 4,000,000₽, but they are not included in the total.

Our sales total for March was 2,516,000,000₽. Decent month, but the big game is set for April. Took another office on the floor, continuing to expand.
