Garden Neighborhoods. Upd

Exactly one year ago I came to Garden Quarters with my favorite iPhone and took these photos. A lot of water has leaked since then: the developer has sold almost all its volume (only five apartments are left) and I think already this season will complete the realization of the most large-scale and long-lasting premium project in the center of Moscow.

Already opened part of the facades of the last quarters, which this week also got into the lens of my phone. I'll publish them in a separate post. We also made our worthy contribution to this project this year - we sold 880,000,000₽ with Inteko in Sadovye alone.

I really like this residential complex. Took a walk over the weekend near the pond area where a couple of restaurants with terraces, a dry cleaner and a beauty salon have already opened. A large World class with a swimming pool is also getting ready to start.

The pond itself is not ready yet, but people with a rich imagination can already imagine how everything will be here when all the retail will take their places, all the construction camps will be removed, the construction of the aesthetic school under the patronage of MGIMO will be finished and in one of the warm summer evenings residents and guests of the neighborhoods will take their tables at the new reservoir in the center of the city. It turns out to be such a mini branch of Patrick's and Clean, only within the framework of a residential complex.
