Whitewill Regatta. How it was

In April, we set a new company record for sales volume. Then in one month we sold for five billion roubles. After every such record, we go on a trip with the team. All the costs of organizing the trip, hotels and flights are borne by the company, and when we return we always set a new bar so that the game never stops. The guys are getting high.

The last three trips we've stayed at the Rixos, deciding to make it our corporate hotel. This time we flew to the Rixos too, but in the little known Turkish town of Götçek. We chose this location because it has great yachting spots

The regatta was the main idea of our trip. We made a separate logo for it based on our W and made stylish white uniforms for the whole team. We had four boats with captains. There were 7 Whitewill crew on each boat. Before leaving the marina everyone was briefed, learned how to tie sea rescue knots, use winches, trawl and finish sail tackle through a special "piano".

Before leaving the harbor, we hoisted stylish black Whitewill flags over our boats. We didn't have a winner in the regatta because half of the course there wasn't enough wind. We were only doing 5-6 knots on the sails, and at that rate we would have only made the first leg of the race by dark.

So with all the sails unfurled and the wind still not coming, we smiled and quietly turned on the motors. With buzz, fruit and music, all boats reached the first point on the island with a secret restaurant. There we swam, ate lunch, chatted, shot vids and after a couple hours got on the return course.

On the trip we take the top twenty brokers based on a record month, the department heads who met the plan, and the back office guys draw tickets on a lottery-like basis - there are three more spots on the trip. This time we also invited our brokers from Whitewill's Dubai and London offices on the trip.

Gold medals had to be awarded to everyone in the regatta because we arrived in port almost at the same time, but unfortunately not on the strength of the wind. So there's a reason to do it again.
