Every day, the phone in the Whitewill office rings at least 10 times - inboxes from realtors looking for jobs. About 300-400 more people respond to our Hh job postings per month. But the brokers who are strong and fit the company are few and far between. I know I have many good and worthy experts in my friends - and this post is for you.

We're past the stage where we could take realtors with no experience and teach them. Now we're in a situation where there's no time to explain. The company receives 300-400 targeted referrals per month from social networks, its magazine, top marketplaces, catalogs in banks, YouTube channel.

We make almost two hundred showings a month on expensive new buildings in Moscow and sell a dozen good apartments every 30 days. Rarely a week goes by without a deal.

The company needs to grow, so we need fresh but experienced blood. Experienced means that you must necessarily work in Moscow in our segment - we have not yet completed the Academy, and the clients are alive and real and we are not ready to experiment and hand them over to hungry newcomers or experienced guys, but from the regions. Partners-developers want to see with clients on their objects and in our team strong brokers.

So the vacancies are:

1) Supervisor in the premium new construction department. We have grown a lot in the first year and I want to take a strong professional from the market. In addition to the main tasks we have a real deals on new buildings for 3 billion and I realize that they can be dokrutivat, to work with each situation, with each client, with each broker, to disassemble, to find a solution. 2) Premium and business class urban real estate broker. Giving good clients on every duty day. More than 50 verified premium and business class new buildings already in the works. Well the current brokers team is strong and very kind and friendly. To get a job it is important to live and work in this segment in Moscow, to have transactions. If you want to move from Bryansk and learn to sell - we can not help.

3) Broker by City. Everything is simple - every day a few requests from good clients and its own database of objects. City magazine and a strong website. Need an adequate and pleasant expert who knows the City well and has done deals here. We are waiting.

4) Country Real Estate Broker. We have a nice and cozy office on Rublevskoe highway, 100. In the sale for three months 21 packaged village, every day shows and 2-3 new target applications every day. We need strong suburban brokers - experts in Rublevka, Novaya Rig and Minka. I know you've been waiting for this post.

5) Retail and commercial real estate broker. As part of Whitewill, we are launching a new project - Rosretail. We already have a separate marketplace 90% ready and will soon launch traffic to retail, commercial space and ready to rent businesses. We already have a dozen clients in the works - we are recruiting objects and expert brokers.
