Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, spent the entire month in the Emirates - working on the opening of the Dubai office. Meanwhile, our brokers closed 90 deals, setting a new absolute record for sales volume in the history of the company.

This report is going to be long. If you don't want to dive into the details, you can skip straight to the very end of the post. So, let's run through the deals. Traditionally, let's start with the smaller ones: "Headliner", "Kazakov Loft", "Studio 12", Level Donskoy, "Mitte", "Discovery", Level Prichalny, "Donskoy quarter", "Architect", Life Kutuzovsky, "Aquatoria" - the total amount of 303,400,000₽. The minimum deal among them was 14,000,000₽ in Headliner, the maximum was 33,000,000₽ in Aquatoria.

Two lots were sold each in the projects: "Nagatino I-Land", "KutuzovGrad", "Shabolovsky", "Amaranth", "Silver Fountain" and "Sydney City". These pairs combined to bring another 373,000,000₽ to our piggy bank. The most inexpensive apartment was in "Amaranth" on Paveletskaya - 13,000,000₽, the top price line was an apartment in "Sydney City" for 65,000,000₽.

Three apartments sold in "Novodanilovskaya, 8" and three apartments signed in "Krylia". The two triples added another 139,000,000₽ to the total.

Four deals closed in April in the Chkalov, RiverSky and Prime Park projects. The lower limits for the three projects respectively: 23, 26 and 33 million rubles, and the upper limits were ₽64m in "Chkalov", ₽80m in "RiverSky" and ₽76m in "Prime Park". All these twelve deals totaled 596,000,000₽.

Well, nine apartments sold outright for April in Achievement by Smynex - 221,200,000₽. Prices in our collection ranged from 12,800,000₽ to 44,000,000₽.

But that was all infantry. The cavalry is coming in. We closed deals in Foriver - 65 000 000₽, Rosa Rossa project - 97 000 000₽, in Polyanka/44 - 99 300 000₽, for some reason in Copernicus on the secondary market - 88 000 000₽.
