The next deal on our first coexclusive: a new loft complex a couple minutes from Sadovoye. The sales department just launched this week. And Oleg Torbosov's subscriber immediately bought a lot there for 50,000,000₽. But we still have cool offices, retail and aparths. Prices from 180k per meter - buzz.

Well, and a couple of heavyweight deals of recent weeks: we sold a cool apartment with finishing in "Cherry Orchard" at Mosfilm for 85,000,000₽ and an apartment of 135 meters in a club house at 21 Kotelnicheskaya Street for 95,000,000₽. Pee-wee.
