Last week our Dubai office closed its biggest deal since we started - we sold a 300 meter apartment in the Royal Atlantis project on the Palm. The price is 15 million dirhams or 303 million rubles.

We attach a visualization of the project to understand how it will look like when completed. The large living room overlooks a palm tree and the bedrooms overlook the vast ocean. Paradise.

For a while, this house was sold exclusively by Knight Frank UK, but the developer recently switched all sales to its own department, launching a normal openlist. The number of transactions is likely to rise after this castling.
