First place in Coldy

Last week received the coveted first place award for first place sales in 2020 from real estate development company Coldy.

The first projects we sold together with Coldy were two cozy houses on Baumanskaya in brick loft style: Kleinhouse and Loftec.
When these houses were completely sold out the guys started LoftFm and the big premium Kazakov Grand Loft near the Garden Ring, which was the main driver of our joint deals last year.

This week, spacious view penthouses with terraces are on sale in Kazakov in the budget of 75-99 million, and without a terrace you can buy smaller lots in the budget of 30-50 million. You will have high ceilings of 5 meters, windows in the floor, near the Garden Ring, the ring metro station.

But the most interesting thing is ahead: in the coming year the developer will release several new projects and all of them are inside the TTC, which means that they definitely fall within the perimeter of Whitewill's interests.

The first complex will be with a sporty vibe in partnership with a major brand, the second will be large-scale near the river. The most delicious premium house from Coldy is expected in Khamovniki next year near Savvinskaya Embankment.
