Park next to the City
Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, tells us.
When people tell me that the City is a city of glass and concrete and there is extremely little green, I agree - it's true. In the neighborhood with skyscrapers there are only a few small green corners with trees: near the Eye Tower, and in the square next to Evolution. But few people know that a few minutes from the City is a cozy park "Krasnaya Presnya", about which I want to tell you today.
I've been living in City for three+ years now, and I didn't immediately discover and savor this park myself. Now in the evenings, my friends and I walk here, ride scooters, and work out on the bars. In summer, I schedule business meetings in the park, so that I can do business not in the office, but strolling along the canals.
The Dutch park with a manor house and canals was established on the site of the Studenets brook by Matvey Gagarin, one of the Moscow governors under Peter the Great. The manor is now restored and reorganized, and the canals with small bridges quite normally passed through the centuries to our time.
One edge of the park touches the Capital towers now under construction. You can see them clearly in many of the pictures I took while walking here in August.
Capital towers are three towers with apartments (not suites) that come with premium finishes. This complex has the coolest sliding views of the river, the park and the City, even from low floors. There will be an Encore fitness club with a swimming pool, a kindergarten, a panoramic restaurant and even a private piece of park with playgrounds and a gate to the main part of Krasnaya Presnya.
We are now actively selling apartments in these towers. In the first week of August, we closed 145,000,000₽. Prices start from 29,000,000 rubles. If you want to live there - write to me in Direct @olegtorbosov. We will show houses, views, apartments.
The park stretches along Presnenskaya Embankment and its second edge rests on the towers of the "World Trade Center", where they will soon start building another 200-meter skyscraper. When all the buildings will grow, "Krasnaya Presnya" will become a small prototype of New York's Central Park surrounded by skyscrapers.
In the park itself, in addition to the classic alleys with shady trees and benches overlooking the canals, there are two large playgrounds: one for very young children and one for middle-aged children. For families, there is the extreme "Panda Park", where you can climb and experience controlled risk. For teenagers there is a cool skate park, and for adults there is a large area with tourniquets, street machines and a soccer field.
For those who like to sunbathe, they have arranged one of the islands in the canal zone, there are wooden deck chairs and binbegs, a stage for evening concerts and summer movie screenings and several restaurants.
From the outside, the park is almost invisible, but inside it's sprawling with different moody areas. And it's only minutes from the City. Not every resident of new prestigious residential neighborhoods somewhere in Khamovniki or Zamoskvorechye can boast such proximity of his house to a large cozy park.
