Whitewill's October transaction report. The sun is always shining.
The first day of the new month we meet in a lockdown situation, when all restaurants, shopping centers and sales offices of developers are closed in Moscow. And it is not clear how long this period will last.
We are insanely interested in how we will work in November, but for now let's run through the deals of October. We'll start with the small ones as usual.
We sold one lot each in Nice Loft, Jazz, Nagatino I-Land, Level Prichalny, Zorge 9, Level-Donskoy. "Gorokhovsky,12", Headliner, Achievement. These deals totaled 236,000,000₽.
Two lots each sold in the Voxhall and Prime Park projects. The prices are 17, 19, 35 and 49, totaling another 120,000,000₽. Next comes the turn of classic deals: Life-Kutuzovsky - ₽42m, Aquatoria - ₽46m, Litsa - ₽55m, Redside - ₽61m, Foriver - ₽68m, Titul - ₽83m, City Park - ₽86m. Another decent lot was sold in Balchug Residence and three lots in the Chkalov project on Sadovoye. In total, that's another 161,000,000₽.
Seven deals for October signed in the MOD project. The total amounted to 158,000,000₽, where the cheapest apartment cost 16,800,000₽ and a small penthouse with a ceiling of 4.8 meters - 29,900,000₽.
City. One apartment for 45,000,000₽ was sold in OKO and one for 96,000,000₽ in City of Capitals. Three deals were signed at Neva Towers for 75, 88 and 115 million rubles. The total for City in October came to 419,000,000₽.
Let's move on to the particularly nice deals in the 100+ budget, of which October will accumulate to a whole diamond necklace.
So, sold cool lots in the following projects: "Polyanka/44" - 100 000 000₽, Roza Rossa - 104 000 000₽, "Cherry Orchard" - 106 000 000₽, "Poklonnaya, 9" - 123 000 000₽, "Literator" - 127 000 000₽, "Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 9" - 161 000 000₽, Victory Park Residence - 181 000 000₽. Lucky sold an apartment for ₽89m and a penthouse for ₽257m.
Well and completes the report of the Department of New Buildings a series of five transactions in the project Stone for 846,000,000₽ - sold several floors at once. In new houses in the center of Moscow sold for 3,583,000,000₽ during the month.
Our country office sold a house in "Trouville" and four nice plots in "Nikolino". The total came to 467,000,000₽. The London office sold an apartment in W1 Place for 145,000,000₽, and in Dubai the guys closed nine deals in Cavalli Tower, Regalia, Port De la Mer and Peninsula projects for another 310,000,000₽.
Rentals brought in 5,200,000₽, but I don't take that into the total. Whitewill's total sales for October totaled 4,505,000,000₽.
Dozens of deals have been pushed into the next few months, but the approaching end of the year is a great catalyst for many customers. We've already sold more than 40 billion in ten months and have doubled in size by last year.
