Three apartments were sold in Life-Kutuzovsky project for 35, 48 and 58 million and three lots in Neva Towers for 30, 49 and 115 million. Four deals were signed in Prime Park totaling 138,000,000₽.
Well, next up will be only deals in the 100+ budget. Red Side - 114,500,000₽, Mosfilmovskaya 8 - 122,000,000₽, Kutuzovsky 12 - 141,000,000₽, Barrin House - 155,000,000₽.
Two apartments each were sold at Capital Towers and Lucky. All of these lots are also priced above the hundredths, with Capital at 110 and 154 million and Lucky at 116 and 118. Both of these projects are in the leaders in sales in Presnya and at a high stage of construction readiness.
And three final chords. We sold an excellent apartment in the Astris building on Kosygin - 204,000,000₽, a floor in the Stone project - 323,000,000₽, and a mansion on the Garden Ring for 350,000,000₽ with 7 sellers, 5 buyers and 36 letters of credit.
Whitewill's overseas offices closed transactions in the Embassy Gardens, Regallia, Palm Tower and Serenia Residence projects at 305,000,000₽.
In total in Moscow it turned out to sell for 2,972,000,000₽, and together with the overseas - 3,277,000,000₽. For the middle of summer, heat and all kinds of seasonal vacations, the result is quite acceptable. This week we will fly to Turkey with the Whitewill team with the excitement to compete with each other in the regatta, and to rest on the sea beaches of our favorite "Rixos".
