Ordynka. A bold story in Zamoskvorechye

Since the beginning of the year, I've been waiting for the facades and interior improvements of this house to be finished so I could avidly photograph it. But last week I couldn't help myself and came despite dozens of workers landscaping the courtyard and the still unfinished lobby.
In front of you is the project ORDYNKA from the development company Insigma. By the name of the complex it is not difficult to guess that it is located in the center of Zamoskvorechye, and to be more precise, on Malaya Ordynka 25.
The architect of the project - Anton Khmelnitsky, partner of Foster & Partner and founder of London Ai Studio, created in this historical place a bold architectural fusion - old mansions now neighbor with modern houses, and metal with stone and glass.
At the beginning of the 20th century there was a chocolate factory of Ivanovs, which was later renamed to the confectionery factory "Marat", and then to the famous "Roth-Front". The first building in the whole complex was a merchant's mansion, erected 200 years ago.
The developer preserved the mansion with two wings and made it a part of the project, including it in the general composition - it turned out to be a real old house in the city center, a classical mansion with columns, its own garden-patio - such a country format. For modern connoisseurs of the noble image - this mansion can be bought. Now it is still undergoing restoration, so in the frame he did not get.
In addition to the mansion in the project sold 80 apartments and apartments, which are located in seven mansions. On the upper floors are 16 atmospheric penthouses with fireplaces. In June, Whitewill brokers sold the last three lots in the building, thus completing the realization of the main volume of the project. Right now in Zamoskvorechye, sales of three new residential complexes have started, which we are already actively showing to our clients and even put a few reservations in July. Figures in the conditions of the new market there, of course, more vigorous than they were before, but "Whiteville" has 120 projects in its portfolio, so any buyer will find his favorite apartment.
