For almost half a year, our sales have been hovering in the range of 9 to 11 billion rubles per month. The freezing of the market by the high key rate affected our segment as well. But in order for all funds to be filled and all employees happy – the team must sell at 13 billion ₽. And in October, we managed to finally break this trend.

158 deals worth 13 billion ₽:

• 62% – in Moscow.

• 38% – in the UAE and Oman.

Another 75 deals went on lease – that's another 28 million ₽ in terms of monthly rates.

• $11.9 million – at One Canal in Dubai.

• 750 million ₽ – a mansion in Zamoskvorechye.

• 460 million ₽ – shopping center in the northwest.

• 550 million ₽ – series of deals in LIFE TIME.

• 270 million ₽ – at Luzhniki Collection in Khamovniki.

• $1 million – villa in Al Jurf between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• $2 million – for a series of deals at La Vie and Azure Beach in Muscat.
