Stage 5: We realized that we didn't just want to pay our favorite affiliates fairly and quickly for transactions, but we wanted to be friends with them, chat, dine, and spoil them with gifts. In the middle of 2020, we introduced an internal points system and decided to invite the most productive partners to a cozy lunch or dinner in Moscow every six months, and to give a trip abroad to the partner with whom we closed the most deals.

We launched this additional bonus system in the summer, and on February 13, Oleg held the first such meeting, inviting the five best partners from Moscow, the region, St. Petersburg, and someone even flew in from Altai. At the end of the half-year, he awarded a certificate for a trip to Margarita, with whose clients we closed seven deals for 260,000,000 rubles.

For 2020, we sold with partners for 2.4 billion, paying out tens of millions of rubles in bonuses.
