NV9 - when modernity embraces history

The other day I with my photographic friends, flying and pocket, found myself in an interesting house. In front of you NV9 - club mansions in Bolshoy Nikolovorobinsky Lane from the development company Insigma. The house is located a hundred meters from the Boulevard Ring, next to the embankments of the Moskva River and the Yauza River. New club mansions are already beginning to form a premium residential cluster in this location, located just fifteen minutes on foot from the Kremlin.

Most apartments on the first floors have patios, which turned out to be especially cozy in the building adjacent to the atmospheric park of the Usachev-Naidenov estate.
Dense tall trees here literally touch the windows of NV9, giving the owners of terraces a cool shade, and the residents of the upper floors a rare for the Boulevard Ring view of the green forest. In the same park there is an Orthodox school and the Indian Embassy.
I've already written that the Whitewill team has ranked Insigma as the top seller among all brokerages for the third year, but in NV9 we have another nice record - we sold the most expensive apartment of the project - a cool terrace lot for 120,000,000₽.
The house was delivered in 2020, all the residents have already received their keys, the final landscaping is underway in the courtyard, they are making a big wall with a waterfall, finishing the details in the lobby. You can see from the curtains on the windows that the first families have already moved in. The house is filling up with life.
At the start of sales the price of a meter was in the range of 350-370 thousand rubles. In the first quarter of this year, Whitewill brokers signed in NV9 the last three deals in the budget of 69-98 million. The price per meter in the finished house was already 740-800 thousand per meter. The project is completely sold out.
