Neva Towers. A skyscraper with its own park

While Moscow melts from the thirty-degree heat, residents of the new Neva Towers tower in the City are chilling by the outdoor pool with cool water in their own private park on the fourth floor level.

It was impossible for anyone planning to live in a skyscraper in Moscow not to notice this project - for several years "Neva" was among the top three leaders in sales in the premium segment among all other capital projects and collected an impressive collection of world awards.

In 2020, the Whitewill team ranked first in sales in this tower among all real estate agencies (the statuette, by the way, has not yet been awarded ☺️). In the first half of 2021, we have already sold another 600,000,000₽ worth of apartments here, and will likely take the top prize again.

Among our buyers are many clients from the regions, as well as young guys, famous bloggers and infobusinessmen, for many of whom "Neva" was the first real estate purchased in their lives. Our youngest client in this project was barely 18 years old at the time of the transaction, the oldest 62 years old.

Both towers have already been completed and occupied, dozens of our clients have made repairs and are posting stories from their new apartments. The shopping gallery is still being finished, the private cinema, which is available only to the residents of the complex, is waiting for furniture delivery.

It should be noted that not all the planned chips the developer was still able to realize. So, for example, the music studio, virtual golf and squash court, which were in the original concept, did not reach the final realization. But the park, fitness center with swimming pool, hammam and spa zone, club lounge and movie theater were made and in a worthy performance.
