MR Group + Whitewill
This week over a delicious dinner summarized the year with MR Private, the premium projects division of real estate developer MR Group.
Whitewill's team closed the most transactions among Moscow brokers for the developer for the second year. For this we received a well-deserved statuette with the inscription "Best Real Estate Agency for Sales" to our solid collection of awards.
In December we sold three apartments in the Apricots building for 283 million, 170 million and 99 million. All the deals are interesting, with a cool story.
But this award is doubly important for us. MR Group, being one of the largest developers in Moscow, is very careful in choosing broker-partners. This could be judged by the quantity and quality of companies invited to the evening.
Business class projects from MR Group are generally allowed to sell only five or six major Moscow agencies. One of which this year became and the company Whitewill.
For example, our team is now selling the MOD project in Maryina Roshcha as part of the sales office, and for the last six months we have been in first place in terms of paid bookings in meters and revenue. Also on this project we received the award for the highest price per meter in the transaction.
After presenting the awards, the MR Private team presented as many as four clubhouses that will enter the market next year: the expected and pompous Soymonovsky, a cozy house in a modern style on Znamenka, a classic one on Sofiyskaya Embankment and a whole block on Nikolskaya with such a bold and incredible architecture that literally mouths open from amazement.
Whitewill customers and partners will traditionally be the first to know about the sales launch of all these clubhouse projects.
