Today I was walking along Presnya and the construction site of the Lucky residential neighborhood by Vesper came into my iPhone's lens. Life on the construction site is boiling - hundreds of workers are scurrying along the floors, dozens of trucks are arriving, tower cranes are turning. The monolith of residential buildings is completed, facades and glazing are being actively assembled.

This year we sold apartments in this project for 1.3 billion rubles, and the total volume of Whitewill transactions in "Lakki" is approaching 5 billion rubles. Therefore, not only I, but also several dozen of our clients are following the construction progress. I have prepared a small photo report for them.

Vesper's work is tasteful as usual. My guys say it's even better than the renderings.
