Yesterday all the guys in the office celebrated the birthday of Neli, who is not only a cool broker, but also makes and brings delicious belyashis and pies for the whole team for every important event. I dedicate this post to her. ⠀

I remember the first time I saw her at a job interview. It was about 1.5 or 2 years ago. We were still sitting in the first small office on the 50th floor. By that time Nelya was already an experienced player in the real estate market and had been working in the same adult company in every sense of the word for over seven years.⠀

I asked how she heard about Whitewill and was pleasantly surprised by the answer. We had taken first place in sales at Sminex that year and the day after the awards ceremony, in the kitchen of Nelina's then-job, her coworkers were discussing what it was about these chipper newbies who had suddenly come out of nowhere and taken the top prize. The dialog used slightly different words, but the essence is clear. ⠀

That day Nelya thought about it and decided to get acquainted in person. A job interview. A pause for thought. Call. We're working. And I'm glad that the company has fully met expectations and trust. ⠀

During her tenure, Nelia has been at the top of our standings for six months, twice confidently taking the title of "Dominator" and closing cool juicy deals.⠀

I imagine that nice inner feeling when the Whitewill team took the top spot for Sminex sales again in 2018 and all the brokers, including Nelia, who contributed a lot to this win, were drinking champagne at a celebratory party, showering the award. In second place by a large margin was definitely worthy, but already past Nelina's company.⠀

June 2019. We had just wiped the spring game results off the honor board in preparation for the summer game, as, having swiftly closed two steep deals in the first five days of the month, Nelina stormed back to the top of the standings with over 200 million. Nadia is already on her heels with 160 million. And it's only the first week of June. This is gonna be interesting. ⠀

Numbers are numbers, but it's cool to realize that all the guys together create such a warm, friendly team, where everyone contributes, has their own strengths and weaknesses. If there was a word that spins over a person's head that characterizes them, it would be "Laughter" ⠀

When she laughs cheerfully, all the clients in the meeting rooms freeze for a second and then, as if melted, smile. Next to her it is difficult to stay serious for a long time, you want to joke and have fun. This is cool, because frowning serious people on the market and enough.⠀
