Meet Claire. She's a Wytheville broker in London. A week ago Claire closed her first £580k deal on XY Apartments and we are very happy for her.

Claire comes from a wealthy family and was recommended to work for a new London agency by an acquaintance. She just came to our office at 50 Sloan Avenue when Oleg Torbosov, the founder of Whitewill, and Anton, the head of the London branch, were unloading accessories brought from Ikea at the entrance to our business center last fall.

Anton immediately interviewed her in the lobby and within a few weeks Claire started her training - she had no experience in selling new-build properties, but she had spent several years managing and renting out the apartments her parents owned in London.

Thanks to Claire, a tectonic change began in the company - she was the first employee who didn't know Russian at all. Before her, all the guys in our London office were from Latvia, Lithuania, England, Kazakhstan or other European countries, but they all knew Russian at one level or another in addition to English. Claire didn't. Thanks to her, we started translating our regulations, training and lectures into English, and even some weekly coordination with the team became entirely in English.

Claire has already learned a few Russian words and is proficient at using Google translator, so we really expect that if you write comments, you will be conscious and avoid jokes.
