At the same time, he is also the youngest among all the brokers. When Denis started working for us, he was only 24 years old. We tried to hire guys his age and even a couple of times a little younger. Every time it was a failure and just a drain of clients.

For real estate sales at that age, young guys lack life experience, confidence. They were not good at finding a common reality with clients who had 60-100 million in their pockets. Or maybe they were not perceived as experts. As a consequence - lack of deals.

Dan was very different from all his peers - he sold. And he sold hard. In our summer broker competition, he dominated the sales volume all weeks, and only missed out on the trophy on the last day. Nelia closed a 140 million deal and took the lead on August 30.

Denis left twice. The first time he wanted to try to work for a real estate developer with a salary and for 5 months we lost sight of him. One day in the office again heard his loud cheerful voice. Dan started selling with renewed vigor.

Yesterday he updated this year's record for the fastest deal. Client's from the region. Doesn't know Moscow. 4 shows. In less than 20 hours the client has already signed the contract and paid the reservation - Capital Towers 28,000,000 ₽.

We are now letting Denis go free again. And Denchik is traditionally always welcome home to Whitewill, even worn and battered by life after all the troubles and experiments.
