Whitewill Year in Review.

Growth is a natural state for a healthy company. This year we have again more than doubled in size and in terms of sales we have confidently surpassed the 40 billion target set at the beginning of the year.

In total for the year it was possible to close 910 transactions for 55 billion rubles. The average check was 60,000,000₽. It's exciting, because next year we will have to set a target of 100 billion according to our growth dynamics.

All sales were distributed as follows (amounts in billions of rubles): country office - 2.5, City - 3, mansions and building plots - 5, new buildings in the center of Moscow - 35.

We are particularly pleased that 18% of all transactions for the year took place in our overseas offices: in London for 2.5 billion, and in Dubai for 7.5, but in an ideal picture we would like to increase the number of international revenues to 50%.

Next, let's tell you which real estate developers we have ranked first in sales this year. Of course, we're talking about business, premium and deluxe class projects.

So, Whitewill has the first place in developers: "Hutton", "Insigma", "Rosstroyinvest", "Renaissance Construction", "Optima Development", "NeoStroy", "Inteko", "Tekta Group", "Center Invest", "Ingrad", "Airplane", "Pioneer", "Aikon", MR Private, "PSN", "Stone Henge" and "Vesper".

Well done. And that's not all the medals. Some partners asked us not to spoil the intrigue and not to write about our first place until after their awards ceremony. As we receive statuettes about each developer during the year, we will write a separate post.

Sold the world's tallest penthouse. Three times the team traveled abroad: to Turkey in February, to a regatta in August and Abu Dhabi in December and set four monthly records: 4, 5 and 6 billion. The fourth record was broken in December.

Over the summer, we celebrated the company's fifth anniversary in all white. The team grew by 80 people in one year. We added 350 new real estate agencies and private brokers who trust us with their clients and refer them to Whitewill Brokers - everyone is getting high.
