High Garden in Khamovniki - a clubhouse with a secret garden
In front of you are fresh photos of the High Garden project by Oleg Torbosov, taken on a recent walk. From the side of the 2nd Neopalimovsky Lane, the house welcomes you with white facades of natural stone with stucco elements. And the Bentley parked at the entrance looks like an addition to the overall composition of the project.
If you turn into the courtyard, the street noise is negated by the dense foliage of tall trees that hide the 1 hectare secret garden from outsiders. In the future, there will be even more trees: landscaping work is underway right now to increase the green space.
The interior facades of the house look more restrained: black minimalist balconies rhythmically alternate with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. And in these details of the exterior recognizes the author's style of archbureau "Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners".
The stylish lobby with golden accents rhymes with the overall aesthetics of the house. Its spacious interiors are decorated with abstract paintings on the walls. And the underground parking lot is more like an exhibition space: each parking space is decorated with an image of mythical creatures.
If desired, the apartments could be ordered finished by the developer, which includes moldings on the walls, Miele kitchen appliances and stucco sockets on the ceilings. Some lot layouts include windowed baths and living rooms with wood-burning fireplaces.
By the time the project was completed, the developer had only a penthouse with a terrace out of 30 apartments for sale. Everything else was sold out. By the way, our brokers have closed more than one deal in the project, so we have several ready apartments on the secondary market, for example, with the area of 210 and 235 m².
At the start of sales in 2020, the price of a meter started - from 600 000 rubles. Now its cost has increased to 1.6 million rubles, which is quite consistent with the class of the project and location.
