Two million per meter.
Today for the first time we crossed one interesting price bar - we closed a deal with the developer, where the cost of one square meter was above 2 000 000 rubles per meter [$27 000]. And this is not a penthouse, the apartment comes in a whitebox, even without finishing, though with a terrace.
And it's important that the client gets high and says: I can afford it.
Before that, we had deals in new houses at a price of 1.5-1.8 million rubles per meter, but this is the first time we have touched the bar of two million. And it's even a little scary.
I know that there are not many such deals in Moscow for the whole year - a dozen or two, but strong price flashes over the last year in Moscow make the idea of selling a meter for 2+ not so uncomfortable anymore.
P.s. In London this fall we had a deal in a house under construction at the price of a meter in 5.5 million rubles per meter. True it is with top finishing and overlooking Hyde Park.
