Two chests of drawers on Dolgorukovskaya Street
Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, tells us.
After visiting Cameo, I walked literally fifty meters up the street and found myself on the adjacent plot, where another project from Whitewill's catalog of houses was built - two club mansions at 25 Dolgorukovskaya Street from BEL Development.
We are in the historical center of Moscow. In ten minutes on foot two stations of the ring branch of the metro, several schools and kindergartens, theaters and a couple of squares, a dozen restaurants and cafes. You can get to the Garden Ring in one minute. The architect of the project is Sergei Senkevich from the APEX bureau. The unusual and geometrically tapered form of the buildings reminded me of ancient cult buildings, especially since on the facade, in addition to warm Belgian clinker, we see a large ethnic ornament of gray concrete.
But there are no Masonic conspiracies here - this pattern is taken from the facades of a historic 19th-century manor house, which is also within the perimeter of the complex and is being restored. There will open a small cozy restaurant with a summer terrace. According to the authors' idea, the buildings themselves resemble two boxes.
The developer, developing this legend, put music in one box and art in the second one, naming the buildings "Musical" and "Artistic". In the first lobby there is already a grand piano, in the second lobby a small gallery with paintings and a small art waterfall with bronze pikes are planned.
The house has its own private area where the developer has preserved a beautiful two hundred year old oak tree. In the fenced green square - a platform for walking dogs.
The dominant feature of this location is the old bell tower, built at the beginning of the last century and now awaiting restoration. It is perfectly visible from the windows of two-level penthouses - an unusual proximity to history.
There are a total of 46 apartments in the building with whitebox finishes, and 22 of them are now on sale. A one-bedroom lot can be bought for 31,000,000₽ and the average cost per meter is currently around 800,000₽. Two-level penthouses with a second light and with large roof terraces cost from 285 to 345 million rubles.
Last year Whitewill brokers sold on Dogorukovskaya, 25 and in other projects of the developer several worthy lots and at the end of the year took the first place in sales among all Moscow real estate agencies.
Now in the house are the final works on improvement and this year the residents will already receive the keys. Well, if you want to live in this or 120 other new houses in the center of Moscow, write to me. We work for you without commission and with love.
