Dubai March. Whitewill deals for the month.
Straight to the point. March was a record-breaking month in the company's history: the team closed 180 deals, of which 94 in Dubai, 84 in Moscow and 2 in London. But the Emirates did almost twice as much as Moscow in terms of the sum of objects sold.
Let's start with small deals in the capital. Lots were sold in the projects Metropolia, Eniteo, Shagal, Hill8, Big Time, "Silver Fountain", "Beregovoy", Jazz, "Architect", Taller, Chkalov and Kazakov Grand Loft. Two apartments each were sold in "Mint", "Dostizhenie", "Veresk" and "Paveletskaya City". All these sales totaled ₽525m, where the most affordable apartment was in Metropolia for ₽12m and the most expensive in the Kazakov project for ₽38m.
Three apartments each were sold in Forst, Famous, Voxhall and Logos projects, and four lots each in MOD, Symphony34 and Level-Michurinsky, while six apartments were sold in Level-Prichalniy. These deals added another ₽754m to the March piggy bank.
Further bigger deals: West Garden - ₽44m, Eleven - ₽52m, Victory Park - ₽60m, Tessinsky, 1 - ₽92m, Poklonnaya, 9 - ₽102m. The cherry of March in Moscow - an apartment from the owner in the Villa Grace project for ₽247m.
In the City, there was a deal at Capital Towers and two at Neva totaling 190 million.
The leader in the number of sales in March - Prime Park. 12 apartments for ₽706m were sold here. Logically - the project is cool and there are both ready and under construction buildings.
Well, and the main deal in Moscow - three floors in a new project from Stone Hedge on Leninsky. The amount of the deal - 1.2 billion rubles.
Zagorodny Office sold houses in Maslovo Park, Anosovo and in Millennium Park. Totaling ₽260m.
Total real estate in Moscow for March sold for 4,230,000,000₽.
Now let's move on to Dubai. The transactions took place in 40 different projects. We won't list them all, but let's just mention the main ones. We sold 8 apartments in Address JBR for ₽813m, three lots in Stella Maris for ₽448m, three apartments in Safa One for ₽172m, four lots in Marquise Square for ₽215m, six units in SLS for ₽288m, 9 apartments in The Crest - ₽313m, 11 apartments in Penincula - ₽387m, three apartments in Opera Grand - ₽218m, seven apartments in LIV Marina - ₽400m, eight lots in St. Regis - ₽172m, eight lots in LIV Marina - ₽400m, eight lots in LIV Marina - ₽400m, eight lots in St.Regis - ₽641m, 4 villas in Tilal Al Furjan - ₽660m, three units in Noura Tower - ₽220m, two lots in W Residence - ₽190m.
Oh, that's not all. They sold an apartment at Bluewaters - ₽179m, a cool lot at Cavalli Tower - ₽375m, an apartment at Muraba Residence - 172 and Palm Tower - ₽107, a penthouse and apartment at Six Senses - ₽978m. And a few dozen more lots in various projects. The total in Dubai at current exchange rates came to 8,200,000,000₽.
Add to this the two ₽156m deals in London and we get a total for the month of 12,580,000,000₽. This is a new all-time record.
