Is a broker a middleman or a guide. Part 1.⠀
I've heard some people throw disparaging labels in the direction of real estate agents: pad, middleman, superfluous link. In the early days of my job, these labels plagued me. I valiantly rushed to the defense of brokerage honor with a flag and the idea: you just do not understand.⠀
Over time, these lines stopped bothering me and I began to study: who exactly says them, in what situations and most importantly why.
At the same time, my field of study included not only those who depreciate brokers, but also satisfied clients, which every month Whitewill had more and more.⠀
I started doing surveys of those who bought expensive apartments with our help. Why they continued to work with the broker, why they did not drop him out of the deal, did not call him a "spacer", but treated him with respect, invited him to a housewarming party and became friends.⠀
At the same time I analyzed all the latest major deals on the Moscow market. With whom buy the richest clients who choose penthouses and lots for tens of millions of dollars.⠀
I realized that wealthy people, Forbes members with a rich man's mind have their own trusted and dedicated real estate broker.⠀
Just like any successful and self-sufficient entrepreneur and top executive has a personal business assistant.⠀
I can't imagine life without a business assistant, a personal assistant. He saves me from microcontrol, vanity, protects and cleans my lines of communication, as a filter and personal lawyer sifts out inadequacies and stands in defense of my comfort. He buys tickets, books hotels, coordinates travel. Can I save money and do it myself? Yes, but at the cost of a lifetime.⠀
Why do people keep a personal driver when they can drive themselves. Why hire a maid when it's not hard to wash the dishes, floors and throw the laundry in the wash. Why make an appointment and drive to the hairdresser, you can just sit down and get a haircut yourself in front of the mirror.⠀
You can do everything yourself and trust no one. If your time of life is worth less than money. Those who can afford it are happy to reduce the friction in life. Their behavior and actions are in line with the rich man's mentality. This is their unconditional level of standards.⠀
If I need to protect my rights, I have a lawyer. I don't sit down to study the law myself. For money management, a financial advisor. For household problems, a maid. For everyday tasks, a business assistant. For real estate purchases, a brokerage firm. This is the right life management if your time is worth more than money, if you respect yourself and value your comfort level.⠀
Maybe everyone who chooses to work with a broker when buying real estate are fools and don't understand something in life? After all, they can choose a complex themselves, come to the sales department and buy. They can. Choose themselves a bank, collect the documents for a mortgage and apply? They can. ⠀
But if it's so simple, why does Whitewill have loyal customers? I found the main reasons why people turn to my real estate agency when choosing an apartment in a new house in the center of Moscow. 3-4 sectors I managed to single out.⠀
If the topic of personal effectiveness of wealthy people and the value of a broker resonates with you, I will prepare a sequel.⠀
